Client
University of Alaska Fairbanks
Location
Cordova, Alaska
Construction Value
$2.8 million

Meadow View Subdivision is a proposed residential subdivision development on a 32-acre University of Alaska property in Cordova. The project includes subdivision platting, engineering design, environmental review, permitting and infrastructure planning to create development-ready residential lots and associated public improvements.

The project involves completion of a boundary and topographic survey, preparation and approval of preliminary and final subdivision plats, and design of roads and utility infrastructure in accordance with the City of Cordova’s subdivision requirements. R&M is developing the subdivision as a major subdivision, which requires review and approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council before recording with the Alaska Department of Natural Resources.

The subdivision and development of this property will provide much needed housing for Cordova residents.
