Group Manager - Utilities

Don has 33 years of well-rounded civil engineering experience. He is responsible for utility systems design, including underground water/sewer plan and profiles, bulk fuel tank storage systems, trench and piping details, arctic pipe protection and rehabilitation design for existing pipe systems. Don’s experience includes serving as project manager and/or project engineer for a variety of projects with significant utility development, site work, and transportation improvements for public and private clients. He has proven himself to be a very capable and creative engineer, with a talent for working collaboratively with multi-discipline teams to design solutions in Alaska’s remote arctic conditions.

    An aircraft pilot.
