Nichelle is a civil engineer with 22 years of experience in administrating vertical and horizontal construction projects. She is a flexible field engineer who has performed and led the full range of construction administration functions for federal and private contractors. As an employee of R&M, Nichelle has performed as the on-site representative, overseeing construction of a variety of infrastructure projects. She also has more than 15 years of experience and advanced training in reviewing the Construction Contractor’s Progress Schedules using the Critical Path Method.

  • What is a fun fact few people know about you?
    When I was a teen I used to sing in talent show and do beauty pageants.
  • What are you curious about?
    I'm curious about herbal medicine and botany. I've always wondered about what local plants can be used for. I haven't really gotten deep into it though.
  • When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
    I wanted to be a singer, but I had bad stage fright.
  • If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
    I'd like to be able to read minds. But then again, I'm not really sure I want to know what people are really thinking.
  • What are your favorite books?
    I like precast-apocalyptic and sci-fi books like The Hunger Games trilogy and Game of Thrones type of books.
