Senior Project Engineer

Morgan has been an engineer in Alaska for the past 16 years. His experience covers transportation projects, rural and urban water and sewer utilities, and waterfront and site development designs. Morgan has designed water distribution, sewer collection and disposal systems, storm drain and drainage facilities, rural and urban roadways, and pedestrian facilities. He has a diverse skillset, ranging from field inspections of utility facilities in rural Alaska, to pressure zone analyses and preparing hydraulic models of water distribution systems. Morgan has been the designer and engineer of record on utility projects for municipal and federal clients and transportation projects for the state. He has led projects through the development process and takes pride in providing efficient cost-effective designs.
