Matt has 16 years of engineering design experience in Alaska, nearly all of which has focused on airport improvement projects. He has provided design services at more than 15 of Alaska’s airports in a designer, lead engineer and project manager capacity across his career. Matt is skilled in the design process and the development of project deliverables to facilitate the successful construction of airport improvement projects. He understands Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and Federal Aviation Administration standards and requirements for project delivery, including coordinating surveying, geotechnical and environmental efforts; value engineering; project phasing to maintain safe operations; and Plans, Specifications & Estimate assembly.
