Josh has nine years of construction engineering and inspection, and materials testing experience. He has performed project engineering, office engineering, materials testing and construction inspections on numerous Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities projects. Josh is experienced in the review of project specifications and plans, preparing pay estimates, checking certified payrolls, reviewing quantities, and keeping all records and documentation current and in conformance with State and Federal agency standards. He has a thorough understanding of the importance of inspections for projects with restrictions on traffic control, and the need to quickly open traffic back up after each shift.

    A veterinarian and later a structural engineer.
