Group Manager - Site Development

Chris has 30 years of design and construction experience, including site, airport and road design, water and wastewater systems, storm water collection systems, earthwork calculations, cost estimates, traffic impact analyses and permitting. He has worked on a variety of public projects for clients such as Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), University of Alaska, State of Alaska, MOA Parks and Recreation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lower Kuskokwim School District and the Anchorage School District. Chris also works with private clients and utilities, on projects such as subdivisions, hospitals, electrical substations and hotels.
