November 17, 2017

At the firm’s annual shareholders meeting, R&M appointed three new members to its board of directors: Kim Nielsen, PE, Bill Preston, PLS, GISP and Tim Grier, PE.

These board members were elected by the firm’s shareholders. Beyond the board’s duty of fiduciary responsibility, they are responsible for steering the organization towards a sustainable future and overall success.

“Alaska is in an era of change, and change is opportunity. We must have strategic confidence and enhance our ability to adapt and provide value in all we do,” said Len Story, PLS, R&M’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). “What has worked in the past may not work in the future. This is an honest fact all of us must recognize and to move forward, we need greater dedication and a confident vision for the future. I am very confident in our board and embrace the change that awaits us this year.”

The new members bring a wealth of experience and skills to the board that will help shape R&M’s future.
