Paul manages R&M’s construction administration (CA), special inspection and materials laboratory staff and has been instrumental in developing and guiding construction services at R&M. He has 34 years of CA, inspection and materials experience, including more than 30 years in Alaska. Paul has served in all CA positions from Project Manager to Materials Technician on a variety of Alaskan infrastructure projects. He’s supervised large highway, aviation, railway, power plant and port construction projects, responsible for $150M to $250M in construction dollars annually. Paul has successfully demonstrated his talent for working smoothly and responsively with owners, construction staff, contractors and the public during the past 27 construction seasons with R&M.
