Siobhan Johansen and Carly Guthrie recently joined R&M in the firm’s Business Services Department. Siobhan joins R&M as a Proposal Manager in the Marketing Group, where she will support proposal development, content strategy and client communications. Carly joins R&M as Human Resources Generalist, where she will support employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, personnel administration and employee relations.
Siobhan brings seven years of experience in project management, content development and client communications. Prior to joining R&M, she worked as a project and content manager for a creative agency, overseeing budgets, schedules and client expectations for a variety of marketing and communications projects. Siobhan also supported proposal development and proofreading efforts for new business pursuits.

Siobhan has a B.A. in English from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She enjoys reading, traveling, video games and spending time outdoors. Siobhan is also an avid Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast.
Carly brings more than 21 years of human resources and operations experience supporting construction, engineering and homebuilding organizations. Her background includes employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, personnel records management, compliance administration and employee relations. Carly has worked closely with executive leadership and HR teams to support payroll changes, I-9 verification, background checks, employee communications and confidential personnel documentation.

Carly has a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, skiing and traveling. Carly is also learning to speak Spanish.
