New Administrative Staff Join R&M

Rachael Selby and Mikey Auza recently joined R&M as part of the firm’s Administrative Department.

Rachael joins R&M as an Administrative Assistant. She will staff the front desk and provide general administrative support. Rachael has a background in civil engineering, having worked for Alyeska Pipeline Company for six years after graduating with her degree in civil engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She spent the last 15 years focusing on her family.

Rachael is originally from Fairbanks and has been in Anchorage for the past 10 years with her husband and two kids. She is a portrait photographer and enjoys working with people in one-on-one sessions. Her current specialty is senior portraits. Rachael also enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and stand-up paddling boarding.

Mikey is an Accounting Coordinator and will work with R&M’s various Departments in support of accounting tasks. He has a background in project coordination and customer service. From his education in business, he understands all facets of a business, ranging from accounting to management practices. Mikey’s experience includes maintaining project budgets and information, accounts receivable, data entry and management, mobilization and logistics, procurement, conflict resolution, report auditing and other administrative-related duties.

Mikey has a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He loves the Alaskan outdoors and the extremes of all the seasons in the state. Mikey has a dog named Coast, named after Coast Pizza in Girdwood. He enjoys snowboarding, biking, fishing and numerous other outdoor activities.
