Sylvan has eight years of IT experience, with a robust technical foundation in troubleshooting and cloud computing. He has managed and executed IT projects, focusing on automation, process improvement and tool integration. Sylvan is passionate about learning new technologies and industry best practices. He is experienced in ITSM solutions such as GCS and AWS integration; MDM solutions; process automation and optimization; data, system and 3rd party integrations security; and custom configurations, specifically with high security needs in HIPAA compliant systems.   • What are you most likely doing on the weekend?
    Hiking or on an outdoor adventure like biking, climbing or foraging. Collaging album (music/vinyl) art and other sizes. Trying to prank Lauren Southerland. Growing taller.
  • If you weren’t doing your current job, what would be your dream job?
    A Foley artist or a sound effect director for motion pictures.
  • What is a fun fact few people know about you?
    I have a twin sister; my younger siblings are also twins.
  • If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
    Teleportation- it would be great to just be where you want to be. Ideally, I could take people with me, but if not, I can get everything set up for a good time once everyone has arrived.
