Project Engineer

Simon has 17 years of civil engineering and land survey experience. He has provided construction administration and inspection of a myriad of projects for public and private clients. Simon has also designed transportation infrastructure, including highways, residential and village roads, public and private utilities, and commercial site designs. He has performed traffic analysis and hydrology with associated stormwater retention and conveyance, and geotechnical analysis and laboratory testing intermixed with structural and septic designs. Simon is experienced in construction layout and boundary surveying, research and analyzing data, and producing ROW maps, control drawings and existing surfaces from design surveys. He is committed to ensuring site safety, quality control and delivering accurate as-builts and designs.
