Staff Engineer

Robert is an experienced construction consultant who has worked as a construction manager and engineer with responsibility for ensuring safety, construction quality and operations of infrastructure projects. His project experience with R&M has included traffic control, utility inspections and right-of-way coordination for range of airport and highway improvement projects. Robert has also been responsible for paving, grade and asphalt inspections.
