Paul manages R&M’s construction administration (CA), special inspection and materials laboratory staff and has been instrumental in developing and guiding construction services at R&M. He has extensive CA, inspection and materials experience, the majority in Alaska. Paul has served in all CA positions from Project Manager to Materials Technician on a variety of Alaskan infrastructure projects. He’s supervised large highway, aviation, railway, power plant and port construction projects, responsible for $150M to $250M in construction dollars annually. Paul has successfully demonstrated his talent for working smoothly and responsively with owners, construction staff, contractors and the public during his past construction seasons with R&M.

Fishing or building something. -

Trainer/fitness instructor preferably close to a warm beach. -

Some of my surfing was viewed on national TV in the 1990s. -

Time travel, of course. -

History, U.S. in particular.
