Staff Engineer

Josh joined R&M full time in 2025 as a staff engineer in the firm’s Construction Administration Group after two summers as an engineering intern. He assists with the administration of federal and state-funded construction contracts and performs construction engineering, inspection and oversight on infrastructure improvement projects. Josh’s experience includes highway construction inspections and materials testing. He previously worked as a construction laborer and operator, where he gained valuable field experience installing utilities and site infrastructure, operating equipment and supporting grading and surveying activities. Josh brings strong communication, teamwork and time management skills to every project.
