Jonah has 17 years of experience in roadway construction. He has providing testing, inspection and oversite for underground utilities, roadway lighting, signals, concrete and soils, storm water drainage, earthwork, maintenance of traffic, asphalt pavement, guardrail and box culverts. Jonah’s experience also includes final estimate preparation and documentation, and MOT and SWPPP reviews. His strong technical prowess makes him an ideal candidate for any team.
