Grayling Peterson, EIT

Grayling joined R&M full-time in 2026 after two years as an engineering intern with the firm. He supports project teams with research, drafting and modeling across a variety of infrastructure projects. Grayling’s experience includes assisting with CAD development for civil details, performing modeling and drafting for highway projects, writing transportation management plans, conducting research for trail planning studies, and supporting field work for right-of-way and surveying efforts. He has contributed to highway, airport, utility, parks and trails, and public facility projects throughout Alaska.
