Fred has 25 years of construction and environmental regulatory experience. He has performed environmental and site safety inspections, including over the last four construction seasons with R&M. Fred’s experience includes regulatory compliance and project documentation for large infrastructure projects in remote Alaska locations. He has performed Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP) monitoring and documentation and construction inspections for roadway, airport and bridge construction projects. Fred works diligently with clients to resolve project deficiencies and establish a successful project.
