Staff Surveyor

Colton is an experienced land surveyor and former project manager with a background in construction, topographic mapping and mining. He joined R&M in 2025 and brings seven years of hands-on field and project experience. Colton has worked across Alaska, including Red Dog Mine, Kotzebue and Anchorage, conducting boundary, ROW and topographic surveys. His collaborative approach, technical proficiency with GPS and total station equipment, and strong safety record have consistently contributed to project success. Colton also has a background in construction project oversight, legal documentation and geotechnical investigation, making him a well-rounded addition to our Land Surveying Group.
