Brad has more than than 37 years of experience in civil engineering, utilities and facilities management. A retired U.S. Public Health Service captain, he has led complex infrastructure projects for the Indian Health Service and National Park Service, specializing in rural water and sewer systems, disaster recovery and historic structure repairs. Brad’s expertise includes project management, utility operations and mentoring junior staff. He is passionate about delivering resilient infrastructure solutions that protect public health and improve communities. Brad’s deep knowledge supports R&M’s utilities services in providing reliable, cost-effective solutions across Alaska.
