R&M’s Accounting Staff Take on New Roles

Linnzi Doerr has been promoted to Controller and Courtney Maillet to Project Accountant in R&M’s Accounting Group.
As Controller, Linnzi manages R&M’s financial accounting and integrated project reporting system, ensuring the firm’s financial health and profitability. She has been with R&M since 2007 in the role of Accounting Supervisor and has 17 years of business management and accounting experience. Linnzi’s experience and history with the firm gives her a deep insight into firm financial matters. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, employee benefit plan management, 401(k) plan administration, G/L accounting, FAR compliance, SOX compliance, employer payroll, quarterly tax preparation, business insurance plan coordination, company stock management, and Deltek vision configuration and administration.

I am excited for this opportunity for continued growth under current leadership and am grateful for the investment R&M as made in me these past 12 years,” said Linnzi. “As controller, I will continue to add value to the firm and look forward to continued growth.”
Linnzi has a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Outside of work, her kids keep her busy shuttling them between practices and games, as well through volunteer work with their school. Linnzi enjoys running and hiking. Her happy place is on top of a mountain and she participates in many local and out-of-state races.
Courtney joined R&M in 2011 as an accounting technician. She has 12 years of financial experience and is knowledgeable in all aspects of business accounting. Courtney’s responsibilities as Project Accountant include maintaining contract compliance, managing and reporting project financials and budgets, managing accounts receivable and payable, assisting with database configuration, and providing project management support for budgeting purposes, as well as supporting other accounting tasks as needed.

Courtney has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She spends most of her free time outdoors with her husband and son snowmachining, camping, hiking and riding ATVs. Courtney also enjoys participating in community races, triathlons being her absolute favorite.
