Eileen Henrikson Joins R&M as Human Resources Specialist

Eileen Henrikson recently joined R&M as a Human Resources Specialist in the firm’s Administrative Department. Eileen will administer firm human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring processes, training, compliance and orientation/onboarding. Her responsibilities will include managing compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Eileen has 10 years of experience in human resources, including extensive policy and procedure development and enforcement. She has been involved in recruiting, hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits programs, database and information management, and training. Eileen excels at building relationships and developing trust between various groups.

Eileen has a B.A. in History with a Minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She is originally from Wisconsin and her first experience in Alaska was in Bethel where she lived for seven years. Eileen has been in Anchorage for the past three years, along with her husband and dog named Coco. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Alaska.
