“We have been sharing human resources responsibilities between several of us at R&M for many years,” said Andrea Story, CPSM, R&M’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “In today’s challenging business environment, it made more sense than ever to add a human resources professional to our team to minimize risk for the firm and provide the best possible support for our employees. Eileen brings a great attitude and strong skillset that will be valuable to the R&M team.”
Eileen has 10 years of experience in human resources, including extensive policy and procedure development and enforcement.
