R&M Ranks on Two Best Firms to Work For Lists

#9 in 100-199 employee firms and #28 in multidiscipline firms

R&M was ranked #9 nationally on Zweig Group’s 2020 Best Firms to Work For list in the 100-199 employee category and #28 in the multidiscipline category. This represents R&M’s ninth year on the list.

The Best Firms to Work For lists honor the best architecture, engineering, planning, environmental and construction firms (AEC) firms to work for in North America.

Zweig Group’s mission is to help individuals and firms serving the AEC industry be more successful. Each year they recognize industry firms for their workplace and employee retention practices in North America through the Best Firms To Work For Awards. Firms are evaluated comprehensively on firm culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development and more – from both management and staff perspective. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline.

Based on the survey results, R&M’s employees feel the firm has a positive work environment with a team culture, is focused on integrity and professionalism, is a fun workplace and has great benefits. One respondent wrote, “R&M feels like home. Not one single time have I woken up and dreaded going into work. I definitely can’t say that about any other job I’ve ever had.”

Winners will be honored at the 2020 Elevate AEC Conference in Denver, CO, September 30-October 2 and at Zweig Group’s Virtual Elevate AEC Conference on October 16.
