AJ Behm, EIT
Staff Engineer
AJ joined the R&M team in early 2020. He has more than two years of diverse project experience, focusing on roadway design. This experience includes airports drainage and roadway improvements, ranging from simple resurfacing projects to larger more complex projects. AJ’s background in construction, working as an office engineer on heavy construction projects, has given him familiarity with reading and interpreting construction documents and plans. He understands the construction process, giving him insight into how engineering designs are applied and brought to fruition.

New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Austria, Switzerland and Greece. -
What is a fun fact few people know about you?
I obtained my solo pilot license. -
What are you curious about?
I’m curious about things pertaining to my hobbies, investments, weather and just general ecology. -
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
First, I wanted to be a fishing guide, then a doctor and then an engineer. -
What is one skill you are currently working on?
I’m currently working on just general handyman skills. I’d like to be more self-sufficient with general home improvement jobs.
