Engineering Associate
Jin has eight years of experience in construction administration and field inspection. A lifelong Alaskan, he has worked on DOT&PF and public infrastructure projects across the state, including highway improvements, airport upgrades and pedestrian safety initiatives. Jin’s expertise spans field inspection, office engineering, materials testing, quantity tracking and regulatory review under Title 36 and Davis-Bacon requirements, giving him a strong grasp of public construction compliance. He brings a detailed and versatile approach to supporting quality, compliance and efficiency on R&M’s projects.
