Russell has 15 years in the construction industry in Alaska. He has been involved with Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Fairbanks North Star Borough projects, with a variety of funding sources, including Federal Highway Administration and Federal Aviation Administration. Russell’s experience includes construction engineering, GPS site layout, quantity calculations, GPS machine control installation and maintenance. He has served as project manager, project engineer, grade foreman, grade check and heavy equipment operator. Russell also has experience with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and environmental compliance.
