Senior Project Engineer

Dave offers 35 years of design and construction experience for airport, roadway, drainage and utility projects. He has served as a superintendent, project manager, laborer, cement finisher, curb inspector, materials technician, office engineer and project engineer for both the Owner and Contractor. Dave is skilled in office and file management protocol from start to close-out of a project and fully understands pay estimate and reporting systems, including quantity calculations. He has written Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and performed design reviews, scheduling, planning, logistics and project closeout on numerous Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities projects. Dave offers a strong working knowledge of design and construction standard specifications and has served as Project Engineer and/or Inspector on roadway and runway projects throughout Alaska.
