Allen Shepard, CESCL

Allen joined R&M in 2014 as a Senior Engineering Associate. His experience includes CA oversight in the office and field, including various DOT&PF projects as a state employee over his 35-year career with the Department. Allen has worked on vertical construction and infrastructure projects throughout the state, including decades living and working in Southeast Alaska. He is highly qualified to provide all duties required, from resident engineering tasks to inspection. Allen understands the need to communicate clearly with contractors, engineers and owners, and possesses the ability to quickly and effectively resolve potential situations that may result in job delays or cost overruns.
