R&M’s organization is efficient for small projects, and allows the firm to develop multi-discipline teams in-house for large projects.

The firm’s principals, department heads and key personnel meet weekly to discuss project status, professional and technical support demands, and workload schedules. R&M’s management team works closely with each department, continuously monitoring projects to maintain schedules and budgets.

R&M’s facilities include a 17,000 square foot office, complete with an in-house materials testing laboratory. Our equipment includes a proven computer system, state-of-the-art land and cadastral surveying equipment, and a complete complement of soils, concrete and asphalt field testing equipment.
