Mr. Rast has more than 28 years of civil engineering experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager and Project Engineer. He has been providing engineering services for projects throughout Alaska since 1984. Frank’s expertise includes airports, water systems, utilities, roads, drainage, and water storage and service facilities.
Mr. Rast is Principal Civil Engineer at R&M and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He manages the firm’s Civil Engineering Department, which includes highways, airports, site development, structural services and industrial services.
